Paul Redman
Paul Redman is the founder and director of Reply Intelligence Group Ltd, a UK AI implementation and software company in Watford. He leads every client project from the first call to handover, and designed and built the company’s products, including ReplyOS, ReplyBench, ReplyScore and Slipmark. Before founding the company he spent 25 years as a software engineer.

Background.
Paul has worked in software engineering for 25 years, on products for the BBC, Sky, LEGO, Argos, Barclays, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, including agency years at AKQA and Wunderman Thompson. That is past employment; none of these organisations is a client of Reply Intelligence Group Ltd.
He founded Reply Intelligence Group Ltd in 2026 to build AI that does useful, checkable work in real businesses. He runs a nightly pipeline of more than 20 autonomous agents for the company’s own software, which is where the failure that led to Slipmark was found.
He also runs Redman Studio Ltd, a separate web design and engineering studio. Redman Studio does not own any of the products above, and no client relationship between the two companies is implied.
