Why the company exists.
Most businesses lose time and enquiries in the same places: work that is copied between tools by hand, and enquiries that arrive somewhere nobody is clearly responsible for.
We fix specific instances of that. We map the process, connect the tools, test it against real cases and hand it over, with a person able to take over wherever a mistake would matter.
We also run our own software, and we apply the same checks to our own automated agents: an approval is only meaningful if it still matches what actually ships.
Our own products came first: tools for dental and aesthetics practices that lose enquiries between channels. Running them taught us how to connect systems, hand over to people safely and check what automated agents actually did. The services apply that to other businesses.

Paul Redman founded Reply Intelligence Group in 2026 and leads every project, so the person you speak to on the fit call is the person who delivers the work. Paul also built and runs the company’s products.
