Reply Intelligence Group Ltd is a UK company (No. 17040048) based in Watford. It owns and builds ReplyScore, ReplyBench and ReplyOS for dental and aesthetics practices, plus DriftGuard and Weft for product teams shipping AI features.
The story
Reply Intelligence Group exists to hold a single thesis with discipline: appointment-based businesses leak more commercial value between channels than they ever lose on price, competition, or service quality. That loss is structural — and it demands infrastructure, not another campaign.
The leak now starts earlier than the inbox. Increasingly, patients ask AI assistants who to book with before they ever search — which is why the group's diagnostics begin at visibility (ReplyScore), continue through enquiry handling (ReplyBench), and resolve in operating infrastructure (ReplyOS).
Every product is built, owned, and operated under one roof — instrumented end to end, shipped continuously, accountable in full.
ReplyOS is built on Next.js and TypeScript with Supabase, deployed on Vercel.
