How we work
First, a 20-minute call. You describe what you want AI to do, or what it is already doing, and we tell you plainly whether we are the right people for it.
Then a fixed written quote. It names the scope, what is excluded, how we will judge the work finished and the price. Third-party licences and usage costs are listed separately so there are no surprises.
Then the work, led by Paul Redman, our founder, who has 25 years of software engineering behind him. There is no hand-off to a junior team after the sale.
What we will do
Review AI that is already in use and tell you what it can say, do and commit you to. Put controls, records and human approval around AI systems. Take a prototype or a promising demo through to something that runs reliably. Act as your part-time AI lead while you decide what to build and who to hire.
What we will not do
We will not quote a day rate with no end point, promise savings we cannot measure, or recommend a tool because we are paid to. We will not claim results for clients we do not have. Our evidence is our own products, including ReplyOS and Slipmark, and the nightly pipeline of more than 20 AI agents we run on our own software.

How much does an AI consultant cost in the UK?
Our AI Control Review is £2,000 for one day. An AI assurance programme starts from £8,000, a fractional AI lead from £3,000 a month and production builds from £25,000. Every engagement is a fixed written quote agreed after a free 20-minute fit call.
Do you only advise, or do you build as well?
Both. We review and advise, and we also build and run AI systems. Our own products are built the same way, which is why we can be specific about what works.
Who will actually do the work?
Paul Redman, our founder, scopes and leads every engagement and does the engineering himself. You will not be passed to someone you have not met.
Can you show case studies?
Our proof is our own work rather than client case studies: ReplyOS, a live platform for UK dental and aesthetics practices, Slipmark, an open-source tool that makes AI agents prove what they checked, and the agent pipeline we run on our own software every night.
