AI automation for small businesses
AI automation for a small business means taking one repetitive job, such as answering enquiries, sorting email or preparing documents, and having AI do the first pass on the tools you already use, with a person approving anything that matters. We build one workflow at a time, from £2,500, as a fixed quote agreed after a free 20-minute fit call.
Where to start
Every engagement starts with a free 20-minute fit call and ends in a fixed written quote. Third-party licences and usage costs are separate.

What is worth automating first
The best first workflow is one that happens often, follows a recognisable pattern and costs someone real time each week. Typical examples are replying to new enquiries, chasing people who went quiet, sorting a shared inbox, drafting quotes from a standard template and pulling details out of forms or documents into the system where they belong.
We avoid starting with anything where a wrong answer is expensive and hard to undo, such as committing to prices, refunds or legal positions. Those can come later, with a person approving each one.
How we build it
We start with a 20-minute call to understand the job and the tools involved. If it is a fit, you get a fixed written quote that names the workflow, what it will and will not do, and how we will both know it works.
The build connects AI to your existing email, booking, CRM or document tools rather than replacing them. Every workflow has a clear point where it hands over to a person, keeps a record of what it did, and can be switched off without breaking anything else.
Paul Redman, our founder, scopes and builds the work himself, drawing on 25 years of software engineering. You talk to the person writing the code.
What we can show you
We are a young company and we do not publish client results we cannot show. Our evidence is our own work: ReplyOS, a live enquiry-to-revenue platform for UK dental and aesthetics practices, and a nightly pipeline of more than 20 AI agents that build and check our own software. We are happy to walk you through both on the fit call.
Common questions
How much does AI automation cost for a small business?
One AI workflow starts from £2,500 and enquiry recovery setup is £1,500 fixed, each agreed as a written quote before work starts. Third-party licences and usage costs, such as an AI model provider or a messaging service, are separate and stated in the quote.
Do we need to change the software we use?
Usually not. We connect to the email, booking, CRM and document tools you already have, provided they offer a usable way to connect, such as an API. We confirm this on the fit call before quoting.
Will the AI send things to customers without anyone checking?
Only where you decide it should. Most first workflows draft and a person approves. Anything involving prices, refunds or commitments stays with a person, and every action is recorded so you can see what happened.
How long does a first workflow take?
It depends on the workflow and the tools, so we state the timeline in the fixed quote rather than guess here. A single workflow is deliberately small so it can be built, tested and handed over quickly.
Who will we be working with?
