AI integration with the tools you already use

AI integration means connecting an AI model to the systems you already run, such as email, your CRM, booking, accounts and shared documents, so it can read what it needs and act within limits you set. We build these connections for tools that offer a usable way to connect, usually an API, and we confirm that for your tools on the fit call before quoting.

What gets connected

Most useful AI work sits between systems. An enquiry arrives by email and needs to reach the CRM. A booking request needs checking against the calendar. An invoice needs reading and its details entering into the accounts. A question needs answering from documents scattered across shared drives.

We connect AI at those points so it can do the reading, sorting and drafting, and pass the result to the right system or the right person.

Which tools we can work with

We can work with tools that offer a usable way to connect, normally a documented API, and sometimes a webhook, an export or an integration platform you already pay for. Some tools are easy, some are limited and a few are closed. We check yours on the fit call and say plainly if a connection is not practical, before you pay for anything.

We do not list brand names here as if they were finished client projects. If you tell us what you use, we will tell you what is possible.

Limits, permissions and records

An integration gives AI access to real data and real actions, so we set narrow permissions, keep a record of what the AI read and did, and put a person in the loop for anything that cannot easily be undone. For larger systems with several agents working together, each step is checked before the next one runs.

Common questions

Can AI connect to our CRM, booking or accounts software?

Usually, if the software offers a usable way to connect, such as an API. We check your specific tools on the free 20-minute fit call and tell you what is practical before quoting.

Do we have to replace any of our systems?

No. The point of integration is to work with what you already run. AI does the reading, sorting and drafting between your systems, and your systems stay the record.

Is it safe to give AI access to our data?

We give each integration only the access it needs, keep a record of what it reads and does, and require a person to approve actions that are hard to undo. We agree these limits with you in writing before the build.

How much does AI integration cost?

A single integrated workflow starts from £2,500. Taking a prototype to production starts from £25,000, and multi-agent pipelines with verification from £15,000. Each is a fixed written quote; third-party licences and usage costs are separate.

What if one of our tools has no API?

Sometimes there is another route, such as a scheduled export or an integration platform you already use. Sometimes there is not, and we will say so on the fit call rather than build something fragile.

Tell us what needs to work better.

Describe the process and the tools involved. If it looks like a fit we will arrange a 20-minute call.
