Retention
- Contact form submissions: retained while relevant to the enquiry and our legitimate business records, then deleted or archived.
- Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics default settings (typically up to 14 months for event-level data).
- Cookie consent preference: stored in your browser until you clear site data.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, and data portability where applicable. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time by declining cookies (clear site data to reset the banner) or using browser controls.
