20 minutes, free. We cover the process, how often it runs, the systems involved, budget and who decides. If your brief is already clear you do not need a paid audit first.

Fixed quote
A written scope, the deliverables, what is excluded, the timeline and a price. Scope and milestone payments are agreed in the contract before any implementation starts.

Build and test
We build against named test cases, including failures and the point where a person takes over, and show you the results.

You receive the working system, documentation and access, with any recurring charges explained. The 30-day check-in is a review, not unlimited development or 24/7 support.

What we do not sell
Standalone website builds, SEO retainers, paid media and general digital marketing are not part of this business. We work on a website or on search visibility only where it sits inside an enquiry or workflow we are already fixing. We also do not certify compliance, promise recovered revenue or guarantee a particular AI result. If a brief is really a marketing brief, we will say so.

How much does a project cost?
A starter AI workflow implementation is from £2,500 and enquiry recovery setup is £1,500, each as a fixed quote after a 20-minute fit call. The AI Control Review is £2,000 for one day. Larger or custom work is quoted on its own scope. Licences, message costs and usage charges from third-party tools are stated separately.
Do I need a paid audit first?
No. If your brief is already clear, we go straight from the fit call to a fixed quote. Where the problem is not clear, we will say so and suggest the smallest paid step that would make it clear.
What happens after the first project?
You get a 30-day check-in, which is a review of how the system is working. Further work is scoped and quoted separately. There is no retainer to sign and no unlimited support implied.
Can I hire Reply Intelligence Group, or is it only a product company?
Both. Reply Intelligence Group Ltd sells implementation services and also owns and operates ReplyOS, ReplyBench, ReplyScore, Slipmark and Weft. You do not need to buy any product to hire us for a service.
Does Reply Intelligence Group do web design or SEO?
Not as standalone services. There are no website retainers, SEO retainers, paid media or general digital marketing offers. A website or search change is in scope only when it is part of an enquiry or workflow we are fixing.
Which industries do you work with?
We work with UK service businesses that have a specific repetitive workflow, disconnected systems or lost enquiries. ReplyOS and its diagnostics are specialised for dental and aesthetics practices. We do not claim expertise in every industry, and we will tell you on the fit call if your problem is outside what we can do well.
