Get recommended when customers ask AI

More customers now ask an AI assistant who to use. This programme measures whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI answers recommend your business for the questions your customers actually ask, then fixes what stops them: your site's structure and facts, your listings, and the evidence AI looks for.

From £5,000

Fixed quote after scoping

The price depends on the number of locations, services and questions measured. Ongoing monthly measurement is available afterwards. No ranking or recommendation is guaranteed.

Who it is for

  • Multi-site and local businesses whose customers choose a provider by asking an AI assistant: clinics, practices, professional services, trades.
  • Brands that rank well on Google but are rarely named in AI answers.
  • Businesses whose AI descriptions are out of date, wrong or confused with another company.

What the work covers

How assistants choose who to name

Nobody outside the AI companies knows exactly how each model decides, and we do not claim to. What can be observed is consistent: assistants tend to name businesses they can describe confidently, using sources that agree with each other. They favour pages that answer the question directly, facts that match across your site and listings, and a business identity that is not easily confused with another. Our method tests those conditions by asking real questions repeatedly and recording who is named and which sources appear, so the work is driven by what we see rather than by theory.

Questions your customers really ask

The measurement is only as good as the questions. We build the set from how people actually ask: by service, by location, by concern, and in ordinary words such as which clinic near me is good for nervous patients. We agree it with you, include the competitors you care about, and ask each question several times across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI answers, because answers vary between runs. The baseline reports patterns across those repeats, which is a fairer picture than a single screenshot of one good or bad answer.

Direct answers on your own site

Assistants draw on pages that state things plainly. Many business sites describe services in marketing language but never say what is offered, where, for whom, at what price or with what qualifications. We restructure the key pages so each one answers a real question near the top, in sentences that can be quoted on their own. That includes clear service pages, location pages where you have more than one site, and questions and answers written from the enquiries you already receive. The same work usually helps human visitors and search engines too.

Consistent facts and clear identity

If your name, address, opening hours, services or credentials differ between your site, your Google profile and directory listings, an assistant has less reason to trust any of them. We find the inconsistencies and correct what is in your control. We add structured data that states who you are, where you operate and what you offer in a form machines read reliably. Where you share a name with another business, we make the distinction explicit with consistent identifiers and clear pages, so an assistant is less likely to mix the two up.

Reviews, listings and outside sources

Assistants also look beyond your site: business listings, professional registers, review platforms and articles that mention you. We check which of these appear in the answers for your questions, whether your entries are complete and accurate, and where you are missing from a source your competitors appear in. We help you claim and correct listings and encourage genuine reviews through normal customer contact. We never create fake reviews, fake listings or misleading content, because it is wrong and because it undermines the trust the work depends on.

Re-measuring honestly

At the end we ask the same questions again, the same number of times, on the same assistants, and report what changed and what did not. Some fixes take time to be picked up, and assistants change their behaviour independently of anything you do, so we say which changes we think are linked to the work and which may not be. You get the full question set and method so the comparison can be repeated. Ongoing monthly measurement is available if you want to track it over time.

What we measure and fix

These are illustrations of the kind of work, not client results.

  • Who gets named, and why

The questions your customers ask, put to several AI assistants, showing who is recommended and the sources they lean on. Example only.

  • Facts AI can trust

Consistent names, services, prices, locations and credentials across your site, structured data and listings. Example only.

  • Fixing mistaken identity

Where an assistant confuses you with a similarly named business, clear disambiguation pages and consistent identifiers. Example only.

What you get

We measure with our own method, the same one behind ReplyScore, and work on your existing site and profiles. Where your site cannot be changed safely, we tell you what your web provider needs to do.

  1. 01A question set built from how your customers really ask, agreed with you.
  2. 02A baseline: which AI assistants recommend you, for which questions, against named competitors.
  3. 03Fixes to your site: direct answers, structured data, page structure and facts kept consistent.
  4. 04Fixes beyond your site where they matter: business listings, profiles and consistent identifiers.
  5. 05A re-measurement at the end against the same questions, with what changed and what did not.

What changes

  • A measured picture of whether AI assistants recommend you, and against whom.
  • Key pages that answer real customer questions directly and accurately.
  • Facts about your business that agree across your site, structured data and listings.
  • Fewer chances for an assistant to confuse you with another business.
  • A repeatable question set and method to track change over time.

How it runs

  • A 20-minute fit call, then the question set and competitors agreed and a fixed quote.
  • A baseline report from repeated questions across the agreed assistants.
  • Fixes made on your site and listings, or written briefs for your web provider.
  • A re-measurement against the same questions, with a plain report of what changed.
  • Optional monthly measurement afterwards.

What you supply

  • Access to your website or a contact at your web provider, and to your business listings.
  • Your services, locations and the competitors you care about.
  • A person who can confirm facts such as prices, credentials and opening hours.

Limits

  • No assistant can be made to recommend you, and we never promise a ranking or a mention. We measure, fix what is in your control and re-measure.
  • AI answers vary between runs and change over time; results are reported as patterns across repeated questions, not single answers.
  • We do not create fake reviews, fake listings or content designed to mislead.

How it works

Evidence from our own work

ReplyScore, our live product for UK dental practices, already measures whether AI assistants recommend a practice and produces the fixes. This programme applies the same method to other sectors. It is our product method, not a client result.

Questions before you start

How much does an AI visibility programme cost?

From £5,000 as a fixed quote. The price depends on how many locations, services and questions we measure.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend us?

No, and nobody honestly can. We measure where you stand, fix what is in your control, and re-measure against the same questions so you can see the effect.

Is this the same as SEO?

It overlaps. Good SEO helps, but AI assistants also weigh direct answers, consistent facts across sources and how clearly your business is identified. We work on all three.

Which AI assistants do you measure?

ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI answers as standard. We agree the list at scoping.

What is the next step?

Tell us your sector, locations and competitors in the contact form. We arrange a 20-minute call and send a fixed quote.

How long before changes show up in AI answers?

It varies and cannot be predicted. Each assistant updates on its own schedule, depending on when it next reads the sources it relies on. That is why we re-measure against the same questions and report patterns, not a single result.

Do we need to rebuild our website?

Usually not. Most of the work is restructuring key pages, adding direct answers and structured data, and correcting facts. Where your platform makes a change difficult or unsafe, we write a clear brief for your web provider instead.

What is the difference between this and ReplyScore?

ReplyScore is our live product that measures AI recommendations for UK dental practices. This programme applies the same method to other sectors and businesses, with the question set, competitors and fixes scoped to you and the work done with you.

Tell us what needs to work better.

Describe the process and the tools involved. If it looks like a fit we will arrange a 20-minute call.
